Day 1 of Spring Minis with the real live Easter bunny were a total smashing hit. Thank you to the moms who came out and braved the sun so their kiddos could meet Thumper!

After spending time with cows, pigs, turkeys, chickens, and sheep - I can tell you there truly is no meaningful difference in their individuality, intelligence, capacity for emotion, and a desire to be close to friends and family. So why are they not all already on the same side?

Hey everyone,

I’m sorry it’s been so long! Not many of you know this, but my health tanked awhile back after we opened. I found out my neck surgery was failing and it’s just went downhill from there. With my husband Scott going back to work in restaurants full time to get me a better health insurance, and keep the farm going, the farm started to fall apart. I was becoming really discouraged, and starting to think we’d have to close our doors permanently to any future animals and our community.

Well our Angel at PBFD listened to me cry and vent to her about it all, and instantly her response was “How can we help?!”. Laurie Trobough Chau a long with so many parents, Fire Fighters, and their Cadets have worked their butts off to provide us with so many new donations and supplies to rebuild. They are even coming out tomorrow to help rebuild us back up! I won’t lie I’ve totally cried a few times at their generosity and love! We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who made this happen and we look forward to being able to continue our journey with the animals!

So if you’re looking for something fun to do and would like to see a real life fire truck with handsome firefighters to boot then come out for a visit! Get a picture with Santa and the kids or eat a Sno-cone with one of our pigs!

P.S.. It’s all starting to feel so real now as they dropped off the load of supplies for tomorrow! Best Christmas Ever!!.
