He's back in jail again! One of these days this local pet community is going to learn. I don't call people out for nothing. Every single person I have ever called out...I come to correct on. Some it takes weeks for some to realize and then there has been some that's taken a couple years for people to finally wake up and see it. Stop letting it take so long. If I'm calling someone out it's because I have enough proof and reason to. Stop stop stop and stop supporting this creep registered xes offender!!! He goes by Joe or Joey Hernandez, Joey Hdz, Joey Cruz and Lubbock Pet Recovery HE NEEDS TO PACK HIS BAGS AND LEAVE LIKE HE SAID HE WAS DOING LAST SEPTEMBER or at the least stop trying to be some hero community member and gaining access to people and places he doesn't need to have access to. STOP TRUSTING AND PAYING THIS GUYS WAY ALREADY.

J.L.H. Lubbock Pet Recovery Had another recent arrest a few days ago and can be found on Lubbock County Mugshots. He is a RSO! thinks he's above the law regularly including during his most recent arrest/search for evading arrest and public intoxication. Past arrests include SA of a minor child and another via Marshalls for failure to register and had to be searched for.
Most recently has been going by the last name Cruz rather Hernandez in efforts to protect himself from being searched.

NALA is 4yr old boxer some may think she is another type or mix if unfamiliar. She's very important to the owner! Reports have been filed! If you have any information regarding Nala or possible sightings of her or the camper please contact owner Karla. Let's help get Nala back safe with her owner who is struggling deeply with her loss and current situation.

This is a courtesy post for the dogs owner it seems to not know how to navigate social media fully. I am working on getting a phone number as well as education to how and where she can post the dog. Precious time has passed and not much awareness has been made due to the lack of knowledge on navigating FB. Everyone needs to contact Steven Greene of Lubbock Animal Services and make it known you will not accept them to be breaking the laws yet again and allowing NON 501c3 holders to take dogs. We done played this game before and this time ..bet it will be his job this time not just the employee sliding it under the table. This needs to be stopped IMMEDIATELY. Alyson L. And Bobby Norris of Country Side rescue need to continue to be reported to the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office for continuing to attempt to operate as an animal rescue. They were told to home all they had and to stop taking in more... Yet here they are. On the daily offering to take more and more and pulling from area shelters only the full breeds they can breed or flip for profit. Others get dumped on the shelters and rescues.

A win-win for the "rescue" and for the vet students that sadly never came to fruition.

#️⃣1️⃣ Why do these certain board members continue to stay by Jeff Beri's side? Several ex-staff members have written to certain board members and they still defend Jeff Beri. WHY?

#️⃣2️⃣ How can these certain board members dismiss these individuals that have witnessed first hand the ABUSE that Jeff Beri bestowed upon the animals & of his employees & volunteers? Preying upon those that are young, vulnerable who just want to surround themselves with dogs. These individuals entered into the gates of H*LL ‼️

#️⃣3️⃣Why are these certain board members looking the other way, sweeping this under the rug, turning a blind 👁 and a deaf 👂 to what is being told to them? Perhaps the 🖤 of money ❓ Which I believe is the root of all evil.

Something is VERY Rotten in the State of NY. Canton, NY to be exact.

Eventually they will take down so many of these sh****le scamming cruelty ridden organizations that the standards for "animal rescues 501c3" will become much more than currently. It's my hope and prayer anyways. It's a nationwide problem and one by one they are facing the justice system eventually the justice system is going to say we've got a problem and we need to reign in with some major restrictions on the government/federal levels to stop this bu****it. It needs to sadly start it Texas but yet this is where the least are getting it handed to them. It can't come soon enough but it's coming folks. There are MANY in Texas alone id like to see locked up in the worst prison possible with a roommate that throws crap at the wall smears it all over the cell every single day and refuses to let them get the lunch tray. Treat them as they have treated all these animals in these so called renowned animal saving organizations. If they went from a day job to a mansion and world travels, fancy cars and loads of wealth... You aren't helping animals!!! Period!

He himself is well known for backyard breeding and flipping of pits and bully's. It's got to stop. This group is TERRIBLE. lubbock rehoming pets all lowercase and a FB generic photo. Here is the most recent post. But you'll scroll and be utterly disgusted by what you will find in the group. Report report report. Maybe with mass reporting FB will once and for all end the group.

Millions... And he's been KNOW for these types of violations and tragedies. Like entire vans of dogs dying because they were left to die in it. They do these things on purpose. 1... Raises even more money bc the tragedy. 2... Bc the tragedy. 3. The dogs they were "saving" to begin with only to pocket all donations bc tragedy...

Mutil million dollar so called rescue that operated in numerous states and countries...worldwide basically raising money...for what...for entire buildings to be in violations and codes and whoops suddenly it burns down. Scum scammer hiding behind his 501c3 and blaming the volunteers for it all while he collects bank.
