We had a call from someone named Kolton/Colton this morning. Unfortunately the phone never rang so the number didn’t save in our call history and the voicemail cut out when he said his number. I’d hate for them to think we didn’t try to reach back out so I’m making this post just in case.

Merry Christmas everyone! We will be open from 9-12 Christmas Eve and we will be closed all day for Christmas. The Small Animal Emergency Clinic at 66th and Milwaukee will be open and we do pick up from there for no additional charge.

Hey everyone! I’m sorry I haven’t had a chance to post on here lately. We have tried very hard to stay ahead of this but several of the urns we carry, including our Tree of Life urn and the Arielle hearts, have been on back order for a few months. We are now running out of these urns. Changes happen daily so I can’t call each clinic to update the shortages. Here is my plan:

Please select the urn you would like. If we are out of that urn we will call and tell you, you’ll be able to try selecting another urn or use one of the metal tins we purchased to be temporary urns. You can also select these metal tins as your urn choice if you prefer them. Once we are able to get the other urns back we will contact you about switching out your urns.

I’m so sorry, losing a pet is hard enough without this situation but these shortages are affecting everyone right now. I have looked into purchasing similar urns from other companies and will continue to do so. Please reach out if you have any questions and thank you for your patience while I figure out how best to serve you and your family’s needs.
