📍 Join our team and help keep our facility running smoothly!
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing Operations Coordinator to support our grooming, bathing, boarding, and boutique operations.

This role is perfect for someone who loves pets, customer service, and keeping things running like clockwork!

⭐ What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Client Services
• Check clients in/out for grooming, bathing, and boarding
• Answer calls, texts, and messages with professionalism and warmth
• Handle client paperwork & consent forms
• Keep customer profiles and records up to date
• Assist clients with retail products

Operations & Scheduling
• Manage the on-call boarding schedule
• Coordinate daily flow with groomers and staff
• Share scheduling updates & availability
• Support management with daily operational tasks

Retail & Inventory
• Track inventory & reorder products
• Receive shipments and stock shelves
• Keep retail displays clean, organized, and appealing

Facility Appearance
• Maintain a clean, welcoming space
• Oversee daily cleaning routines
• Decorate for holidays, seasons, and special promotions
• Help organize supplies & common areas

🐶 What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with dogs & cats
• Basic pet care/grooming/retail experience (preferred) (not looking to train anyone for grooming)
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Friendly, outgoing, and extroverted personality required!

🗓 Schedule
• Full-time
• Weekend availability required

We’re Sorry…

It has come to our attention that our grooming services have been causing a bit of… commotion.

Apparently, dogs and cats have been leaving our salon looking so clean, fluffy, and fabulous that owners are reporting unusual side effects like uncontrollable cuddling, excessive tail wagging, and pets strutting around the house like they own the place. We didn’t mean to create this level of confidence — it just happened.

Parents have said their dogs now run to the car when it’s grooming day — a task previously thought impossible. Morning fur cleanup has dropped dramatically, and some homes are now reporting levels of calm previously classified as “suspicious.”

People are reportedly shook. A groom this gentle, this thorough, AND this cute? Unfair. Side effects may include neighbors stopping you to ask why your dog looks like it’s filming a shampoo commercial, friends being low-key jealous of your pet’s glow-up, and compliments arriving without warning. Sorry…?

We honestly never anticipated that our brushes, shampoos, bows, bandanas, and magic touch could spark this much smoothness, cuteness, and unsolicited admiration. For the sheer audacity of making pets look THIS good… that’s on us.

All of this is so true❗️ We start learning things about your babies from day one. Things they like and dont like, their triggers, any little bumps to be careful of, all the things about their health, we know how much time to allow if your pet requires additional care and most importantly we gain bonds with your babies❤️ It warms our hearts so much when your babies get excited to see us and how they always know exactly where to go. We have dogs that have their favorite space to hang out while waiting and they go straight there lol. People might think they are just dogs and dont know, but they do. Dogs observe everywhere they go, they thrive in routine. Our goal is to always make your babies comfortable for the groom and treat them as our own. To make your pets even more comfortable we make sure every person in our salon gets to know your pet.If there is ever any concern about a groom we will always do our best to fix anything, communication is key and I promise we won't get mad. Thank you all who have kept your babies with us over the years, we love them so so much🥰

Yall when I tell you I about cried reading this sweet message from this sweet girls mama. Grooming can be a very tough job at times and to often groomers are under valued. We love getting sweet reviews like this, it really makes everything we do all worth it. The best team I could ever ask for. So thankful to have a team to take the best care of yalls babies.
