Our handsome Carolina dog Dale has officially found his forever family! ❤️ He’s on his way to Pennsylvania to start his new life, and we couldn’t be more excited for him.

A huge thank you to Cherie Hawley for transporting Dale safely to meet his family, and to Ciara's Pet Grooming for squeezing him in last minute to make sure he was looking (and smelling!) his very best for the big trip. 🚐🛁

Happy tails, Dale — your new adventure starts now, and we can’t wait to see all the love and joy you bring to your family! 🐶💕

I really shouldn't have to make this post but I feel like its time that I address this issue. We will not tolerate any clients being rude to our crew. We go above and beyond to give you and your furbabies the best service. There is alot that goes on behind the scenes besides just giving your pet a haircut. As much as we wish it would be that simple, its just not the case. We are working on living animals that are unpredictable. Your pets can move alot while being groomed, sometimes bite, sometimes have potty accidents and cleaning equipment between grooms. Animals are not perfect and we do our very best to accommodate your pets and make them comfortable. Please do not give a attitude just because we cant fit you in on the day you would like. Being rude will not get you in any faster and I will not over work my girls for your schedule. My girls can only do so much in a day. I would just like to say we appreciate all the clients that respect us and give us the opportunity to love your babies. As always we are here to give your babies the best spa day and will continue to give the quality service we pride ourselves on.

As many of you know, I’ve poured my heart into building this salon from the ground up. I’m excited to share that I’m making a personal move to Colorado! While this is a big change for me and my family, Ciara’s Pet Grooming will remain OPEN and thriving—right here, just as you've always known it in the best hands. My amazing team (aka my girls 🐾💕) will be running the salon while I’m away. There will be 2 amazing groomers and 3 amazing bathers/kennel techs. They have all been working on your babies the last few months while ive been on the side lines getting all of your babies adjusted. They will continue running the salon with the same love, care, and dedication your pets are used to. I’ve trained and worked side-by-side with them every step of the way, and I have full confidence you will receive the same service as if i was there. I am going to miss all of my babies so much!❤️
Nothing’s changing on your end—same great groomers, same great care. Just a new chapter for me and my family! I will still be behind the scenes booking appointments as usual so you will still be hearing from me often😊

Whatever we gotta do to make them comfortable, Mr. Wickett tends to be on the more difficult spicy side lol, but Mrs. Charlize has learned her ways to make him comfortable to get the job done❤️
