Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
1pound grated Cheddar cheese
2 ounces grated Romano cheese
1½ pounds butter, room temperature
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika (plus more for sprinkling)
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 loaves French or sourdough bread, sliced

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except bread) with a mixer or food processor.
Spread cheese mixture on bread slices.
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika.
Broil until cheese is browned and bubbly.
Wrap in foil to keep warm.

Vanilla cream rolls
INGREDIENTS: YIELD: 12 cannoncini For the custard cream (crema pastiera): 3 egg yolks 3 tablespoons (30 gr) of all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (100 gr) of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 8 oz (235 ml) of milk For the cannoncini: 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted (about 8 oz, 225 gr) 1/4 cup (50 gr) of sugar 1 egg (for egg wash) powdered sugar to decorate PREPARATION: Start by preparing the custard cream (crema pastiera): Warm up the milk until hot (not boiling). In a medium-sized pan, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla extract, and flour, until light and fluffy. Add the milk some at a time while whisking, making sure there are no lumps.

• Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon (2-3 slices)
- 1 tablespoon low-carb ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon finely sliced green onion

Instructions:
1. Combine shredded chicken, cooked bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
3. Arrange the mozzarella slices on the silicone baking mat. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are browned.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool for about a minute until still pliable but cool enough to handle.
5. Spread the chicken bacon ranch mixture along one edge of each mozzarella slice. Roll up tightly, with the seam side down

Cabbage is tastier than meat. Why didn't I know about this cabbage recipe?

Ingredients:

Cabbage (500 g), shredded
2 onions, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of flour (60 g)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper (4 g)
1 teaspoon of black pepper (4 g)
Vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce:
3 tablespoons of yogurt (75 g)
2 sprigs of dill, chopped
1 cucumber, grated
Red powdered pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped onions, minced garlic, eggs, flour, salt, ground red pepper, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, take a spoonful of the cabbage mixture and form it into a small pancake. Gently place it in the hot oil and flatten it slightly with the back of the spoon.
Fry the cabbage fritters for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil to the pan as needed.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt, chopped dill, grated cucumber, and red powdered pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
Serve the hot cabbage fritters with a dollop of the yogurt-dill sauce on top.
