"Miles", intact male lab mix. Unfortunately, his old owner passed away and we currently do not know all his likes and dislikes at this time.

That being said, here's what we do know. He is around five years old, and is very friendly when meeting new people. He is very active, and has been friendly with the other animals within our shelter.

FIREWORKS PET SAFETY TIPS

*KEEP PETS INDOORS
Dont bring your pets outside during the fireworks! Loud pops and booms could easily startle your pets and cause them to run away.

*PROVIDE A QUIET PLACE
Prepare a place for your pet, such as a quiet room, pet carrier, or crate to help them feel secure.

*GIVE THEM DISTRACTIONS
Treat toys such as KONGS filled with their favorite food may help keep their minds busy and distract them from the fireworks.

*BE SURE YOUR DOG IS WEARING THEIR LICENSE
Your pets should always have proper ID tags, including county dog licenses for dogs. Microchipping is also strongly recommended, be sure your information is up to date!

Stop in anytime at our office or the Treasurers Office at the Court House during office hours. Please bring proof of Rabies to purchase a license.
