Starting Monday, May 24th, 2021 we will be starting to allow some of our appointments and clients into the building, while others will remain as 'Curbside' appointments as we ease into re-opening. We will still be having all appointments call to get checked-in when you arrive and we will direct you from there.
At this time for regularly scheduled Doctor's appointments we will be allowing up to 2 people to accompany the pet inside for their pets' appointment. Appointments scheduled with a Technician or as a Drop-Off or as an Urgent Care/Fit-In or for Surgery Check-In will remain as 'Curbside' appointments. If you have a regularly scheduled Doctor's appointment and wish to be seen as a 'Curbside' appointment please let us know when you call to check-in.
The front Lobby will be open but limited to 2 people at a time, so please check before entering and practice social distancing.
For pre-paid medication or food pick up we have moved the pickup bins into the Lobby.
For non-pre-paid medication or food pick up we are only allowing 2 clients into the Lobby at a time.
Out of respect for the health and safety of our staff, if you are not vaccinated, please choose to do a 'Curbside' appointment or wear a mask into the clinic.
