I want to thank everyone for patiently waiting for this batch. It’s been over a month of waiting on the butcher to finish up this batch. Hopefully any day now I will have some more inventory. I do have a little bit here and there if you want something message me and we can get it to you if we have it.

At the farmers market once again! Brats are in short supply, so act fast and get them while they last! I also have a large selection of shoulder butts and raw dog food.

Well we are expanding the Crows Nest! 🪺
We just closed on 38acres in Kershaw county and are only about 2 miles from our current house. Our goal is to expand into farming and eventually build our forever home.
In the meantime come by some pork! We just got about 300lbs of brats and sausage with new flavors including cranberry sage, Tuscan, chorizo, zesty Italian, jalapeño and cheddar, and kleibasa. We also have bacon in stock!

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Kershaw County Farmers Market!!! Everyone has been wonderful making room in our freezers for the next batch which should be ready for the winter market. Hopefully earlier!

I bet you guys have been itching to find out what’s been going on! Well it’s slow but some progress. Pond dam has been fixed and working on making a food forest but still a lot of clearing to do.
