I wanted to let everyone know I have a few spots available for clients who would like a set schedule for the year so you do not have to frantically search for an appointment when it is time for your pets maintenance. This also helps build a bond between me and your pet which helps to cut down on their stress level. Hey guys! Hope everyone is ready for this fall season

I wanted to give a few heads up and updates on the coming year.

I am working now on next years schedule and will make sure everyone receives their new appointments before the end of the year.
If you would like to change the number of weeks in between appointments, please reach out to me via text at (803)760-8686 and I will do my best to accommodate this.

PRICING UPDATE
I have tried to keep my prices steady in hopes that the economy would get back to some resemblance of normal, but due to inflation and the cost of my products going up as well as everything else I will have to raise my prices. As much as I really don't want to do that. I do hope you understand. And will continue to keep them as fair as possible.

I will not be accepting electronic payments as much as I did this year. I will be getting back to cash or check only. I do understand if you have a few emergency situations and need to pay that way. I will only be taking Zelle or Cash App. And if you are paying this way it needs to be immediately after the service or within 30 minutes after pick up. I know the signal is a little funny at the salon sometimes.

CANCELATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
I also want to take the time to remind everyone about my cancelation policy. Last minute cancelations that I do not have enough time to fill will have to be paid for in full in order to keep your future appointments on my schedule. This means they need to be canceled 24 hours or more in advance. I have also been more lenient with this lately due to the economy, but I can not continue to do this. I do understand emergencies, but some have taken advantage of this. This also goes for no-shows. These missed appointments will have to be paid in full as well in order to keep future appointments.

I want to say thank you to everyone. I believe I have some of the very best clients and I look forward to continuing to work with you all and your sweet pups. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to the new year. I hope everyone stays safe, warm, and healthy.

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having an amazing springtime. I just wanted to make a quick announcement that may help some out. If you have lost your appointment card I did my best to send them as a picture in our text messaging conversation. Most of the time if you scroll up a bit in our conversation or look at the shared files in the messaging app the picture of the appointment card is right there. I know some may not know this. This is also another reason I only communicate in writing and not over the phone. I hope everyone has an amazing rest of the month and a beautiful rest of the year ๐Ÿฅฐ

Also I do have a cancelation policy for missed appointments. That can be seen in previous posts on this page.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let everyone know I am getting myself organized to start on the schedule for 2023.
I am scheduling them in 4,6,8, and 12 weeks intervals. If you wanted to change the amount of time in between your appointments as of what it has been this year please let me know or if you need to schedule them out longer than 12 weeks and I will do my best to accommodate as best as I possibly can. Please note all of my Saturdays for next year are already full. I will have availability between Tuesdays and Fridays appointment times are every hour between 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock with my last appointment being at 2 o'clock.

Hey guys I hate to do this but it has become a necessity. I completely understand certain situations. But I have a lot of people I have had to turn away lately due to being fully booked. I have a list of people who would like to become clients and this seems to be the only way to w**d out the dead spaces in my book. Thank you to all of you that always show up on time and I appreciate all of you who understand this policy. I love my clientele and all of your fur babies, but I have to do what is best for my business.

I am open Tuesday through Friday by appointment only. Please do not show up without one it will not change my availability.

Please do not leave a voicemail. I cannot understand what most people are saying and I will not respond to a voicemail.
I will try to respond during business hours, but I do not stop working on pets to answer the phone for their safety and mine. If you contact me after business hours, I will get back to you on my next business day.

If you would like to make an appointment send me a text message with your name, your pets name, their breed, their weight, and a picture so I know how much time I will need to mark off for them.

At this moment I am no longer taking new clients, but if you would like to get on a list for when and if I am able to feel free to send me your info for my waiting list. I do not groom large breeds or badly behaving pets. Due to availability if you have an appointment and you cancel at the last minute or do not show up you are likely to be dropped as a client. I apologize for this but it has become a necessary inconvenience. If you would like to stay a client you will need to pay for the missed visit and put down a non refundable deposit for their next appointment.

At the moment I have limited appointments available for the year, but I will do my best to get your pet in.

Hey guy, this is a little follow up from yesterday. I am still in the process of scheduling my regularly occurring clientele. I am still at the moment not taking on any new clients until I can better see what my availability looks like. This is kind of a slower process than I expected and it is the first time I have done my schedule like this so thank you for your patience while I work it all out. I already know what I will be doing differently at the end of this year ๐Ÿคฃ.
If I do not send you a list of appointments I will make sure you have them on your next visit. I am working my way down a very long list. Still feel free to send me a text message with your name, your pets name and a recent picture of them so I know how much time I will need to mark out for them. And also how many weeks in between each visit you would like.

I will also be writing up a cancelation and no show policy and posting that as well as sending copies home with everyone.

When and if I do take new clients I will only be taking small breeds at my discretion.

We have experienced a loss in our family and I would like to concentrate on them while we go through this. I just wanted to let everyone know I am booking for the last week of April and the first week of May. I only have a few appointments left available this month. I can not squeeze anymore dogs in anywhere and will not for their safety and mine.
