Dear valued client and friends…Happy New Year!! There are a few announcements we’d like to address:

- First is regarding pricing- I have held my prices as steady as I possibly could for years but AS OF JANUARY 15, 2024 there will be a price increase on all services. The price is based on breed, size, time it takes to groom, behavior, and product use.

In order to keep our facility top notch and running smoothly, we are having to do a price adjustment on all grooming services.

- Second, we will be implementing a new add on service fee of $25 for pet sitting for those pets left after 1 1/2 hours past the time we call that their groom is completed. (Unless there is a unique situation that we have already discussed.)

- No-Show policy-
Everybody runs late now and again.
Traffic, children, unexpected lineups at the grocery store, oversleeping – tardiness happens to the best of us.
Waiting patiently for somebody who never arrives is stressful and not to mention a loss of income.
No shows will now be subject to a charge of $40 per pet, we reserve time for your pet and we also do confirmation calls and/or texts, so PLEASE let us know if you are not going to be able to make it to your Appointment As soon as possible!!

- Late Appointments-after 15 minutes without a phone call will be considered a no show and will need to be rescheduled.

Your understanding will be very much appreciated.
