Hidden Valley Geckos

Switching Geckos: I do not normally allow you to switch geckos if you have a change of heart, however the terms to switch geckos is as followed: Paid in full awaiting shipping, If it pasts the one month mark I will probably not allow you to switch a gecko. Gecko on payment plan: If you have just put a gecko on hold and the other gecko is equal value then I may allow a switch, however if the other gecko is more than original, you will need to fulfill the 25% deposit required to hold the new gecko. Example: You only paid $75 on a$300 gecko, the other gecko you want is $500, you now owe me an extra $50 to put the new gecko on hold.

Shipping Terms: I will be shipping through Reptiles2you I can give you a quote and do have an account with them. Buyer pays all shipping and service costs (this is what is included in + shipping) The only exception will be giveaways and events that i may host. I will only ship if the low temps are above 38 degrees or the high temps below 85 degrees at departure, hubs, and arrival. I WIll NOT ship geckos to your house if temps are below 45, YOU MUST pickup at a hub, NO EXCEPTIONS!! This means you must communicate with me as to what your temps are when I ask, I will check to make sure the temps are fine, if they are not we will have to delay shipping. I only ship Monday-Wed due to any late arrivals that may happen. I am not responsible for carrier delays!! However you must keep me updated if your package does not arrive on time. Most packages arrive between 10-1230, however some can take up to 4:30 to deliver so make sure to keep an eye on tracking.

I guarantee live healthy arrival. If in the rare event that your animal(s) arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we will only reimburse the cost of the animal(s) via credit or replace the animal(s) if the following is completed: Contact me via private message, email, or text message within 1 hour of arriving on time. Failure to do so will void refund. If there is not someone to receive the package on arrival time, my guarantee will be null and voided immediately. I may also ask for photographs, so please do not dispose of anything. Once you have the animal, she or he will be in your control and I am not responsible for improper husbandry.I am always open to questions, but if something serious arises please take it to your local reptile vet.

S*x: I do not guarantee the s*x of geckos under 15 grams, due to the fact that sometimes pores will pop up later than 10 grams, if the gecko is uns*xed feel free to ask me to pore s*x it but I cannot guarantee it. If you have sent payment then you have agreed to the above terms!

Color: I cannot guarantee color or any reptile, crested go through many changes and while i can give you a guess based upon parents and/or grandparents, my guess may not always be right. I try to know what to expect in an animal but lets face it, crested come in some crazy colors and they can be expected to change as they grow

SHIPPING TO HAMM: Minimum Purchases must be $250+ USD (Not including shipping). I really only prefer to ship to Hamm or overseas during the spring and fall shows, due to extreme winter and summer temps here in VA. I accept and hold purchase 60 days or prior, anything beyond 60 days i would prefer not to hold. I DO NOT OFFER LIVE ARRIVAL for overseas shipping.
