Puppies are nearly 3 weeks . They are all teething now and Friday I will introduce puppy mush ( mix of puppy food , goat milk and warm water. Still have 3 available 1 boy and 2 girls They will be ready beginning of September. Message me if you want to come visit with them.

Rottweilers, the dogs were known in German as Rottweiler Metzgerhund, meaning Rottweil butchers' dogs, after the region in Germany that they were popularized in the 16th century. According to the FCI Standard, the Rottweiler is considered to be one of the oldest dog breeds. Its origin goes back to Roman times when the Roman's marched over the alps and brought them to Germany.

In 2017, the American Kennel Club ranked the Rottweiler as the eighth-most popular purebred dog in the United States.

It's also believed the docking of the tails originated in Rottweil as the butchers would not only use the dogs for protecting cattle but also pull the meat wagons to market.
