With all of these bright smiles, you may never know that some of these wonderful women or Bryson have reached their breaking point lately!

We're not sure if it's the weather or the position of the planets, but we're experiencing an increased number of clients taking out their frustrations on our staff (especially over the phone).

When your pet is sick, it can be an emotional roller coaster. If the cost of veterinary services exceeds your monthly budget, it can be frustrating and scary. We understand completely. We have pets. We have budgets.

Our staff wants to accommodate every request from every client. In reality, that isn't possible.

We only have so many appointment times available each day. There are only so many assistants and technicians available to provide services. Our doctors are already working through lunches.

Screaming your frustrations at us doesn't magically make appointment times appear. Cursing does not change the cost of high-quality veterinary care. Complaining doesn't make lab results come back faster.

If something doesn't go as you'd like, let's have a calm discussion to explore all available options. Your pets are important parts of your family, and you want what is best for them. So do we.

If our talented and compassionate staff members burn out, there will be fewer people here to serve you and your pets.

Please be kind and respectful to our staff (and everyone you encounter)

Caper is now available adoption.
He was in Suzie’s garage with his litter mates but they took off.
He is feline leukemia and FIV tested negative, age appropriate vaccines and treated for parasites.
He has a mild intestinal parasite and is being treated for it and should resolve quickly.
He is a little shy at first but loves to play and roll around on his back and have his belly rubbed.

Congratulations to Carrie VanSchoiack for winning the "Life is Sweet" basket. June's basket is "Local Flair". It's BBQ season, and what better way to enjoy it than with some local products. It's got barbecue sauce, honey mustard dipping sauce, and dill pickles from Wienke's, a gift card for Salmon's meats, a handy wooden caddy, a towel and oven mitt, and some tongs. Good luck!
