This little fella stayed overnight at The Retreat mid travels to a Rottie Rescue in Ohio. There are many ways to volunteer to help homeless animals besides fostering. Join Transport groups on Facebook and volunteer time to do a leg for an animal in need!

I rotate our personal dogs that come down to the kennel with me in the morning to “help”. Well Nellie saw an opportunity to steal Louie’s toy while I had him in the tub and she knew I couldn’t do a thing about it! What a stinker!

Our Story

Pawz-N-Clawz K9 Retreat is located on our beautiful 16 acre property. We have a small facility which allows us to give each dog the individual love and attention they deserve. All dogs get access to our large play area through out the day to stretch their legs and have some fun. Make sure to add on a Nature Hike, Creek Splash or Rover Romp to their stay for some extra tail-wagging fun!
