They are blasting the ledges between the Fairlee and Bradford exits, thusly are rerouting traffic through Fairlee and have rolling roadblocks on I-91. Your best bet is take Route 5 in VT to Fairlee and take the bridge across to Route 10 in Orford and down to Lyme.
