Good news for Sylvie today. Since she turned two years old the end of December it was time to have her hips evaluated. OFA gave her good/normal ratings on her hips and elbows. Along with normal eyes and all clear DNA testing her health testing is complete and she'll get her CHIC number in a couple of days.

She's still holding the #3 spot on the top 10. UKC has one week of shows to enter for 2024 and ranking are not final until the end of January.

This sweet girl has really given me a fun two years. What a blessing she is! She's diamond pointed, but I may or may not pursue diamond. Look for Sylvie puppies later in the year.

Looking forward to our fabulous Willow Dunder puppies in a week and a half! Stay tuned!

Well looks like Ive gotten behind in show updates. Our most recent was the Courtland show where Sylvie got two Best of Breeds under Donna Beadle and Tami Hayden, and a group 1, as well as earning her weight pull champion excellent title and her 18th total dog award. It does look like she'll hold a spot on the top 10. She was #3 with today's update, but there are lots of shows to be added. We're happy to hold a spot with limited showing due to having two litters this year and missing a lot of shows. .

River showed in 4 of the 6 shows at HRKC and was Puppy Reserve Best in Show under Donna Beadle and Puppy Best in Show under Matthew Proctor. There were a lot of great puppies so it was quite an honor.

I'm so happy to get an update on purple collar girl (now Pepper) from our Willow x Rhett litter. She's enjoying playing with her new family and meeting new people and puppies at puppy preschool. She looks so happy and loved!! Thanks for taking such wonderful care of our precious girl Jema!

We've been dog showing with Cindy and Randy the last two weekends. Last weekend was 6 shows at Athens TN. Sylvie was best of breed 3 shows reserve twice, G1, and two G3. There were only 3 puppy matches. River was Puppy Best in Show once and Reserve twice.

This weekend was the Gun Dog Specialty in Durham NC. Not much love for Sylvie, she got one reserve. River was best of breed both Novice puppy shows, Best in Show under Tracy Doty! Good job River!

Pretty Royal collar boy, now Jackson, left today for his fabulous home with Duane, Caroline and family. He is going to have lots of room to run and a ton of love. Have a great, happy life pretty boy!!

And with that, all the puppies have gone on to their new homes. Three and a half months, 15 puppies, 14 amazing homes ( one stayed here-River). What a lot of fun (and work)it has been. It'll be an adjustment now with no puppies.

Thank you, thank you to my stud owners, Deborah Bowman and Michele Harvey, and guardians, Cindy Lacy and Randy Lacy . You all are amazing and I adore you all. (Sorry I can't tag you Michele, I don't know why). Thank you to every one of you that have taken our puppies into your homes and will make them a beloved part of your lives. ❤️❤️

I got River's DNA health testing back. He's completely clear of all tested diseases including PRA-RCD4. Color genetics KB/ky at/at B/b S/sp . He doesn't carry red. He will have other testing at age appropriate times.

I am still considering a co-own show home for him.

A few pictures from our outdoor romp time today. We have one puppy looking for a new home. The beautiful brindle point parti male. I've had people ask me why he's the last one left. I don't know, I guess they were all gorgeous and precious like him so someone has to be last. LOL. If I didn't have a house full I'd be showing him in a second. He's also tested with service dog potential. Very handler focused and forgiving. 9 weeks old.

We had a fantastic time camping with friends Cindy and Randy Lacy , Julia and Mary at the United Poodle Association Poodle Specialty and Hampton Roads Kennel Club all breed shows last weekend! So much fun!

We had Jess, JuJu and Sylvie in weight pull and Sylvie and River in conformation. 8 week old Bravo, from our Willow x Rhett litter came with us too. He did so well on the 3 hour ride, and 5 day trip.

Cindy and Randy had Anders, Chino, Dash and Pearl. Plus in the camper with us we're Julia's 5 schipperkee. Fun!

River is barely 3 months old and showed like a rock star at his first show. So adorbs. He was best male novice puppy in the specialty, best of breed in three of the 6 all breed shows over much more mature puppies, and was Reserve Best Puppy in Show once. We're so proud of him!

Sylvie received an award of merit at the specialty, and by pulling her max weight in the "A" division, won Most Weight Pulled Per Body Pound in 4 of the 5 pulls. She earned 100 points for her champion excellent title.

Jess won MWPPBP veteran. In one of the pulls.

Thank you to the United Poodle Association and the Hampton Roads Kennel Club for a fun weekend! And a special thanks to Deb Eib for all of her amazing guidance in my first show secretary position. ❤️❤️

I have two Willow x Rhett puppies available, the brown brindle point phantom female, and the brindle point parti male, and I have a couple of short road trips coming up if it helps anyone. I'll be going to Farmville VA on Sunday 29th, up 81 to New market VA on Monday 30th, and to Courtland VA on Wednesday Oct 2nd.

Clean bill of health on all 8 puppies! 🎉 The vet said she wished all puppies were like them. They were very well behaved and made me proud.

It looks like it's going to be raining for a week. I'm still taking them out to p*e. Rain or not, they need to learn to go out, so I won't be sharing pictures of wet puppies. They'll be bathed and prettied up before pickups.

Somebody just discovered that ice cream is the best thing in the world. Those eyes! Lol.

So many thanks to Julia for always being willing to show for me! I couldn't show in the specialty because of my secretary position. Also having foot/leg pain for a year and a half, so she always jumps in to help.

Bravo came with us to the show. What an amazing traveler. He and River playing after the show.

This cutie! Back story- I put kibble in the drink bottles for a little busy game. They smack the bottle around and food comes out. This guy needed more challenge I guess, so he took his in the ball pool.😄 So cute.

Fallon came over yesterday for a groom. Boy did these two puppies have a crush on her. This was the first time they'd ever met her. Fallon was so graceful about it., but she does love being chased. What a sweet girl! ❤️❤️

The Willow x Rhett puppies are toddling around. The big puppies are whining in the background because it's their outside time.
