Today is a very sad day. One of the saddest days that I've had in a long time. My sweet angel boy Boomer passed away in his sleep, after a bout of pancreatitis/triaditis. I tried so hard to save him, to get him to eat on his own, but he wouldn't. The Dr said he had a 'pathology of his liver' also..whether it be an underlying neoplasm or fatty liver disease. I won't be okay for awhile.. this one is hitting me hard. God bless you my angel..your back with your deceased old owner 🙏😇

Beautiful, solid white shorthaired "Schnee" is waiting for his very special, furever home! Our sweet angel was born deaf and due to his handicap, he understandably has some behavioral challenges. He needs a very special, loving, compassionate person to be his hoomom. But it's okay if that person never comes along, as he is dearly loved here and Greta's Wish will always be his home.

Beautiful, long-haired Angora-mix, "Sandy" is looking for his furever home! He was found in a box at a movie theatre in SC when he was just a few hours old. Sandy suffered an amputation of his rear foot, which most likely was the result of the umbilical cord getting wrapped around his foot during the birthing process. He's affectionate, sweet, loves pats and scratches, and has a real zest for non-stop play!

Beautiful Solid White Manx-mix (tail less) Casper is looking for his furever home. He was a stray that came into Lancaster County, SC animal control and we took him into our rescue. Casper is a rambunctious boy, very sweet, loving and and intelligent!. He has real "kitty skills" and is a very good eater, being very happy with whatever type of cuisine he gets! He is a lover of all seafood (esp Sardines & Salmon!) and likes Indian and Jamaican food too! We just love him and you will too!

Hi my name is Schnee (the German word for 'snow') and I am a very special boy waiting for a very special home. I am solid white, shorthaired and I was born deaf. I have certain behaviors that are a result of my being deaf, and therefore, Mom will keep me forever if she doesn't find a special person for me. I cannot live in a home with children or other pets, and a very low traffic home is best.

I also like to watch the birds from the window and run up and down the carpeted kitty tree! Mom bought me a new sweater but she won't let me wear it yet until I learn to stop chewing on the old one! My mother, Margie had a hopeful cardio visit yesterday as the Dr reported that new meds are working! So no pacemakers/fibro implants at this time! We're continuing w/current regimen! I took her for a bit of lunch after at the buffet (her choice!) where she's enjoying her plate full of 🐠 fish! We are always sure to be home by 5:00 to care for the fur babies 🐈‍⬛🐈🐕🐇🐔

Most nights, Heidi sleeps above my head unless it's cold she burrows under the blankets. She waits for an eyelid to move, a sign of "life" & then she insists upon licking my eyelids until she's satisfied with her job. Boomer lies by my side or at my feet...the others sleeping with Margie or sofa alone. My family♥️🙏
