TO CLARIFY : the dog was not left beside the road. The individual said they “found” it at that location and brought it home so it wouldn’t get hit. I picked it up at their house. It was later discovered that it was actually their dog. But the fact remains that they lied and no longer wanted the dog.

“Punkin” is missing!!
