🚨 Hello Everyone, we have a paperwork reminder to everyone to update your Emergency Contact Person (ECP) when you drop off you pup for any care. ((Please do not flood me with updates here)) In the event of an emergency Your ECP MUST BE A LOCAL WHO IS NOT TRAVELING WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELING AND CAPABLE OF DRIVING for EITHER A) available to pick up your pup at our location OR B)meet us at a vet. As a reminder, I do my best to ensure everyone in our care is happy and cared for but if your pup has a medical emergency I can only transport your pup. You are still responsible for your dog once at the vet. I don’t make decisions in your behalf, payments or credits of any kind. You are still responsible financially for your dog. Your ECP will need to be able to contact you if I am not able to reach you and talk with vet staff. I make every effort to reach you first so that you can contact the vet yourself and let them know you have a pup arriving. Thanks, Team L.D.R
