With the colder temperatures today, Heather + I decided we would go to the flower market tomorrow. If you didn’t get your bulk flower order in by yesterday, you still have time!

There’s something so cozy about waking up to snow. Sitting next to a fire, a warm cup of coffee, and beautiful blooms that soften a room. Creating space- making a house feel like a home.

In case you didn’t know, we are now offering bulk flowers weekly. Every week we head to the flower market and we would love to hand select your favorite flowers for you. You can reach out to us with your request and we can give you pricing. Some flowers are sold by stem and others by bunches. Of course, we’ll wrap them beautifully for you to take home to enjoy.

Normally, we like to have all orders placed by Sunday at noon with pickup available on Tuesday at noon.

This is a workshop Heather and I have been dreaming of for years, and we’re thrilled to host our first men’s-only event. Whether you’re crafting a bouquet for your significant other or just for yourself (because, yes, men enjoy flowers too!), we invite you to learn the art of creating a stunning hand-tied arrangement that speaks from the heart.

Here’s what you can expect:

Galentine Floral Workshop.

Gathering women and honoring friendships.

As we are making our bouquets, I imagine this workshop will be filled with laughter, rich conversations, and filled with gratitude for the women who have become our sisters, our confidants, our compass, our tribe.

Together we will create hand tied bouquets in a floral pallet of pinks, peaches, and yellow. We will teach you the fundamentals of basic floral design and some secrets of the trade and help you every step along way. If you have a favorite flower that you would like to see added please let us know when you register.

Gather + Bundle Workshop

In this workshop we will gather to create sage bundles that are filled with symbolism and are intended to create sacred space for self nourishment and love. We will start the workshop by creating wool gods eyes (keeper of prayers) and build our sage bundles from there. There will be a large variety of elements to choose from and all the materials will have identity cards with the symbolism that each element holds. According to the materials you choose, your bundle will be unique and individual to you.

With Valentines around the corner you can create bundles with a special person in mind or a way to honor yourself and your space as we embrace the rest of this winter season.

Ancient Japanese Art of Wrapping with Moss.

KOKE | MOSS   DAMA | BALL

In this season of cocooning, we find this to be the perfect time to gather in an intimate circle and create Kokedama nest with indoor blooming bulbs. In this workshop we will teach you the ancient technique of moss wrapping while putting a little Wild Forage spin on it and making nest for our bulbs to rest in. Your Kokedama bulbs will be blooming in 3-6 weeks just when we need signs of Spring the most.

We excited to start our workshops series at Wild Forage!

The focus of January’s workshops is creating little ‘moments’ in your home. A long time ago, I read a quote that I refer to often. ‘Our homes are meant to be our shelters’. A shelter not only from the elements but also for our hearts and soul. Our homes are to be of service to us and not us to be of service to our home. It should be the place we feel sheltered- safe, secure, and nurtured.

Life is life. Things get crazy and we can find ourselves hustling from one event to the next must get done task. Yet we can create ‘moments’ in the home that remind us the breathe and to become present.

We are looking forward to gathering, sharing, and creating with you. If you’ve been to our workshops before you know we go much deeper than just the fundamentals and mechanics of what we are working with. We like to dive a little bit deeper into richer soil, for everything is symbolic. It’s time spent together tuning in to your wants and needs and making something refined and beautiful to introduce to your home that holds that remembrance.

Bulk Flower Orders Now Available.

Heather and I head to the Denver flower markets every Monday to hand-pick our pallet of the week, and we would love to share our floral finds with you.

Flowers are sold by the stem or in bunches, and prices vary weekly based on availability and the season.

Right now, the markets are starting to feature early spring blooms—think peonies, tulips, daffodils, and more.

There’s something just so cozy about walking into a room with your favorite flowers nestled on the coffee table or next to the kitchen sink that brings warmth to the soul on these cold winter days.

Shop floor. There’s something beautiful about discarded petals. Many people don’t know that roses have ‘guard’ petals that protect the inner, more desirable petals. When processing roses, for them to debut and shine to their fullest on a special day, we must pull back these guard petals. (All the symbolism here is so rich). I find these guarders to be beautiful. They line our floors as we create. Working with live botanicals is not as easy as one think but the beauty of it all is not missed - even in the mess.
