📢 Community Notice: Public Hearing on Rezoning Proposal 📢

The public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning of parcel #378367306800, a 179.28-acre property located between NC 111 South and NC 124 West, just outside Macclesfield, is scheduled for Monday, November 18.

If approved, this rezoning would permit suburban-style development with a minimum lot size of approximately 20,000 square feet, allowing for the construction of over 200 home sites on the property.

This development could have significant implications for our community. We encourage you to attend the hearing and share your thoughts or concerns. Your voice matters!
