We highly recommend having permanent identification for all our dogs & cats. Creekside Animal Hospital uses HomeAgain brand microchips. In the past Avid microchips were used. It has been announced that “Save This Life” chips are no longer supported by a data base. If you would like to have your pet’s microchip scanned and verified or get your pet microchipped ($45) please call the office to set up an appointment.
