To all my current farrier clients and would be farrier clients. I will be raising my prices effective October 1st. This post is to allow you time for preparation so as not to spring higher pricing on you. New clients: pricing will be effective immediately, current clients will pay old prices until October 1st. Prices will be as follows for standard application:

Standard maintenance trim- 60$
Standard front set steel- 110$
Standard full set steel- 160$

Horse people. Here’s a severe example of a foundered hoof. Here I’ve drawn the angle of the hoof wall vs the angle of the coffin bone (pedal bone,p3). For reference, these two lines should be parallel and not intersect like this. In the second pic you can see an example of a non foundered hoof with no downward rotation.
