Hello Everyone 👋 Just a reminder of the below policies that have been in place for the past year; particularly of our last minute cancellation and no show policy 🕚

If you cancel or no show within 48hours, we do require the full appointment cost due when the scheduled appointment was via Facebook or Venmo. We hope you understand that if you cancel last minute we can’t fill the spot and we lose out on income. If you do not pay the fee, you will not be able to book any further appointments. Of course, we always give a freebie as life happens, but anything more than that will have a fee. This doesn’t apply for those that cancel before 48 hours notice.
