Today was incredible, all thanks to the wonderful volunteers who came out and worked tirelessly to help us organize donations! Your dedication and hard work make such a difference in everything we do, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you. 🌟

A special shout-out to Me-n-Ed's Pizza and Pizza Factory Madera West for donating those delicious pizzas that fueled our crew—you kept us going strong! 🍕💪

Thanks to our volunteers, we’re now more organized than ever, which will make a huge difference for our rescue moving forward. We’re reaching out to our amazing community for donations of blankets, towels, and sheets to keep our furry friends’ enclosures clean, comfy, and secure.

Your generosity will make all the difference—whether it’s a soft place to rest or a cozy layer on a chilly night, every blanket or towel you give means hope, comfort, and love to the animals in our care. 🌟

🚨 Urgent Crate Recall - We Need Your Help! 🚨

If you’ve borrowed a crate from FMAS for spay/neuter appointments, vaccines, or any other reason and no longer need it, please, please, please return it as soon as possible.

We are in urgent need of these crates to safely transport cats to and from the Bay Area. Every crate counts, and getting them back quickly makes a huge difference!

📢 FMAS is Reopening Cat Intakes – By Appointment Only! 📢

We’re happy to announce that FMAS is now reopening cat intakes by appointment only! If you have friendly cats or kittens and are ready to foster them through our program, please contact 559-363-5106 to schedule your appointment.

Here are the requirements:

Friendly Cats Only: We are unable to accept sick kittens at this time.

Age: Kittens must be at least 5 weeks old.

Fostering Commitment: You must be willing to foster the cats until they leave for adoption. While we cannot guarantee how long they will be in foster care, we will provide assistance with food and litter while they remain in our program.

Vaccines & Appointments: You must be able and willing to attend all necessary vaccine and spay/neuter appointments.

This is an important commitment, but one that makes a huge difference in the lives of these animals. Our cat coordinator will walk you through the process and answer any questions when you call to set up an appointment.

Thank you for your continued support as we work to give these cats the best chance at finding their forever homes! 🐾💖

Join us this Saturday, October 5th, from 8am to 11am for our low-cost vaccine clinic—no appointment needed!

Reminder: While no heat warning is expected, temperatures will still reach up to 102°F, so it’s important to keep your pets as cool and comfortable as possible. Please ensure your pets have plenty of water and shade while waiting in line. If you’re transporting your pets, avoid placing them in the back of your vehicle without proper shade and ventilation.

Better safe than sorry—we want everyone to stay cool and comfortable!
