Eleven big events in fifteen days. Ten corporate events and a baby shower.

We even had to turn down some jobs because we were so booked. We have one client from this list who has already booked us for next December, it's never too early to secure your date!

Welcome Dr. Mintcy Maxham to our Oak Hill Team!

Dr. Mintcy Maxham grew up in Amherst County and worked as an archaeologist before going back to school to earn her doctorate in veterinary medicine at NC State. In 2023, she became a Certified Companion Animal Rehabilitation Therapist (CCAT) and earned her Fear Free Certification. She joined Oak Hill in October 2024, seeing regular sick and well pet appointments while starting a rehab program to serve patients with orthopedic injuries, neurologic impairment, and arthritis. She has a special interest in alleviating pain and improving mobility in geriatric pets.

When she is not working, Dr. Maxham enjoys running and cycling. She is the director of the Lynchburg Area Bikers youth mountain biking team.

A great BOSS is hard to find, but Oak Hill has the BEST….Dr. Baker is hands down the best around. She truly is our real
