es to run and play with other dogs, and has been my personal exercise program since he joined our family in the spring of 2015. For me, that was 53 pounds ago, and dropping! Hiking, ball play, and since 2021, Lure Coursing. Mattingly turns 10 this year and he's slowing down. His little step-sister, Taylor is the face you see in our Lure Coursing pics, and on our Lure Coursing poster. She is nothing like Mattingly personality-wise, but she is the fastest thing I've seen on 4 legs. So much so that we're taking AKC Events like Lure Coursing and F-CAT (I know, means nothing, right?) and rebranding them into exercise programs and competitive events that will help dogs get the exercise they need while providing the convenience that humans require in this busy post-pandemic world. Follow us on social media and consider making your dog a member of the Alpha Dog 's Run Activities & Events Club...or Alpha Dog Club for short. We're a new business in the dog world, but we've been dog people our whole lives. We play with them, nurture them, travel with them, and couldn't think of a life without them. Hello to the pack and we hope your holiday season is off to a good start. Today is my first full Sunday without Fun Runs and as I've learned in three years, it hits me hard when the season ends. I miss all of our doggies and their humans. Other than the Giants, Sundays are as fun for me as they are for your dogs. They make me smile...a lot! So before we get buried under x-mas stuff, I wanted to thank everybody for giving your dogs their best lives. Our human pack members are EXTRAORDINARY dog parents who live our mission statement. We recognize that it's a sacrifice of time and money to give your dog the gift of Fun Runs and socialization opportunities that we provide. Thanks for supporting our events and we hope you'll keep attending as we keep adjusting them to offer pet parents the latest, best, and most useful things and info that we're aware of or can find. We continue to search for a permanent home with indoor space for Fun Runs and more as Alpha Dog Events & Adventures continually seeks to advance its mission for helping every dog to live their best life. We help by offering fun for dogs and training humans to be extraordinary owners. We are VERY close to launching our BRAND NEW website, that will be located at www.myalphadog.net I can't tell you how much we appreciate all of our pack members and look forward to updating you on our 2025 season.
