After her extended stay in foster care with the amazing Cheri and her lab, Bosley, Miss Haddie is headed to her new home!
Thank you Ma, Paw and Me rescue for taking her in and for getting her a new home.
She's a wild, adorable bundle of energy! We will miss her! Bosley already misses her I'm sure!

We had Auggie the Heeler/Collie mix for his first day yesterday and he was amazing. Perfect mix or energy, light herding play, and sooo floof to cuddle!!! I wanted to take him home so badly!

We have noticed several times in the last few months that someone had been pooping in the entryway and in parking lot.

Whoever is doing so and not cleaning it up, please pay attention to your dogs when dropping off or picking up.
If we catch whoever is allowing this, you will be asked to leave.

If you don't have a dog bag handy, just ask us, we have plenty and can give you one. Being in a rush or not having a bag is no excuse to leave piles in our walkways; Other clients can step in it and track it all over our gateways, tracking it into their own cars, etc.

Mom says him being here and playing hard has helped solve many home behavior issues for which mom is so happy with.

It is Annie's 10th birthday today! Nothing about this girl says she's 10! She is always running 100 miles an hour. Her defining feature is her awesome white eyebrow hair and wiry little beard!! Love you girl!!

Kennel cough awareness

We have had a handful of client dogs who have come down with Kennel Cough in the last 2 weeks.

Please make sure you have your Bordatella vaccines updated.

We've noticed it is the dogs who are between 9 and 11 months into vaccine that are coming down with it. It has not been age dependent either, it isn't puppies only or older dogs only.

Please be aware of any gagging or coughing with or without exertion. Some have also had diarrhea onset as well.
Farm and Fleet stores have the vaccine for $10 that you can give intranasal.
We are doing our best to clean and disinfect anything and everything here at daycare to limit possible spread but please check your own records for vaccines and be aware of any symptoms.

Thank you for your help in keeping this as under control as we all can.

How tired is tired.....

Apparently Tired is when a chainsaw above you is lullaby music!!
Once in a while they bark again but this is their nap time I guess!
Everyone is completely safe, work is strictly outside fence and this guy is amazing. He makes sure every drop is straight down. Clear of our yard!

Policy reminders and Winter Month announcements

First off, a reminder that we have a 24-hour Cancelation policy regarding daycare.
We also have a 14-Day boarding Cancelation policy. We will strictly enforce these policies.

Reminder that our hours of operation are
MON-THUR: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM-6:00 PM.

For the coming Winter months:
We have plenty of heated indoor space for the cold, rainy days.
We are here for you on the nice spring, summer and fall days; it would be great to be supported during the cold rainy days.

Makayla and Lexi come to work every day, regardless of the weather, to be with the dogs and we need our reliable group numbers to operate our daycare and keep our doors open to you.

Mister Chase here is staying for a whole 10 day stretch, we are 3 days in and he is settling in! He has a nearly identical twin named Benny who came yesterday, he's an energetic lovebug and is learning to settle down in the evenings with Tim and the other boarders!
He's such a goof and we love him!

So, Oslo's visit today was kept secret from me, until his arrival! I haven't seen him in so long! He left before construction of our 4 season porch even. I miss his gorgeous face! His gorgeous blue and brown eyes!
