The Tiny Leaf Co is fully stocked with Magnesium Oil Spray, Magnesium Lotion, Bath soaks and Secret Healer lip Balm. Hand poured wood wick candles (they make a soft crackle sound as they burn). Home brewed vanilla (4 & 8oz) and delicous Infused cooking oil. If you’re looking to dazzle your holiday guest pick up some of our fresh microgreens to add to your meal or use as a garnish. Don’t forget to grab some of the delicous cheese cake cups for dessert!

While you’re there check out Herbal Teas and Tinture from Rayz Haven. It’s by far the best tea on the market! Linda’s bread, soups, and pies…delicious!

A quick, easy and delicious way to use your microgreens is to make pesto! Pesto is so versatile with endless options. It adds amazing flavor to Fish, Chicken, Pizza, Pasta, Soup, Sandwiches, Grilled vegetables and the list goes on and on. Let me know if you would like me to post a few recipes using the pesto in the comments!

While freezing vegetables rarely affects their nutrient value, broccoli microgreens and broccoli sprouts are an exception. The levels of sulforaphane in the micros and sprouts can nearly double its presence when the greens are frozen! The process of freezing breaks down the cell walls, allowing for better access to the nutrients inside. Check out this yummy smoothie made with berries and frozen broccoli microgreens!

Nacho regular greens! The spicy salad is a delicious mix of broccoli, kale, mustard, arugula, kohlrabi & cabbage. The mustard brings a subtle heat making it a fantastic garnish for all types of cuisine.
