HOLIDAY GROOMING APPOINTMENTS:
PLAN ON YOUR DOGGIE BEING AT OUR SHOP LONGER THEN NORMAL. Just a friendly reminder that the closer that we get to Christmas the busier we are. We are trying to accomodate everyone which means that we will have all hands on deck everyday, which means the tubs and dryers will get backed up, which means it will take longer then normal for us to get your pups in and out. PLEASE plan your day accordingly.
Please do not show up to pick up your dog unless you have received a call from us saying that they are done. When your dog knows that you are there it is hard to finish grooming them :) You are welcome to call the shop to see how much longer it will be.
NO-SHOWS. We have a wait list of people that want these appointments so if you cannot make your scheduled appointment PLEASE call and cancel it. We will be implementing the $25.00 no-show fee. It is not a punishment, it is to pay the groomer who lost money.
