Right now, our elevator lift needs to be replaced so every service dog team can fully access our training facility. Without it, some handlers face barriers that limit their training, and that’s not something we’re willing to accept.

We’re raising $51,738 to make our facility fully accessible for veterans, first responders, and individuals with disabilities.

Every day, veterans, first responders, and individuals with disabilities come to Custom Canines Service Dog Academy to begin their service dog journey.

Right now, not every hero can access every part of our facility.

Our elevator lift needs to be replaced, creating barriers for some of the people who need us most. We’re raising $51,738 to install a new, fully functioning lift so every handler can reach every training space without limitation.

These heroes have already overcome so much.
They shouldn’t have to overcome our building.

Our Santa mall training was a big success! 🎅🐾
All of the dogs did amazing working on obedience, public manners, and escalators in a busy environment. We couldn’t be more proud of the progress they’re making and the confidence they continue to build with every outing. ❤️

Thank you to Oakstone for hosting a meat raffle benefiting Custom Canines and helping support our service dogs and the lives they change every day.🐾

Today's meat raffle will be raising funds for Custom Canines! We'll have service dogs you can meet that will benefit from today's proceeds, along with the Big Cheese, 50/50, and lucky winners during each round will spin our Wheel of Fortune! We'll also have a few New Glarus beers on tap in addition to Spotted Cow; Get there early for entries into New Glarus SWAG giveaways and complimentary New Glarus glassware!

We are so proud to share that Ike has officially been placed with his U.S. Army veteran, and the two will be starting their next chapter together in the Colorado Springs area 🇺🇸🐾

Ike is a big, handsome German Shepherd with an incredible heart and work ethic. Over the past week, Ike and his veteran trained side-by-side here at our facility; getting to know each other, learning together, and building the trust that turns a dog and handler into a true team.

Their journey is off to an amazing start, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch this partnership grow.

A huge thank you to Fairway Home Mortgage and American Warrior Initiative for helping make life-changing placements like Ike’s possible. Your support truly makes a difference for our veterans and our dogs.

We had such an amazing time visiting WJJO 94.1 for Hawke’s Radiothon for Vets ❤️🐾 94.1 WJJO

A huge thank you to the WJJO team for having us on air and for everything you do to support veterans and the organizations that serve them. It was an honor to be part of an event that brings the community together for such an important cause.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who tuned in, donated, shared, and showed their support. Days like this remind us why we do what we do, and we truly had a great time being part of it all.
