Important update:

We were recently informed that we must find a new communications/reminders service prior to January 1, 2025. We are excited to announce that on November 1, 2024, we will begin working with VitusVet, an alternative provider. What does this mean for you?

-You will not be able to access your Petly account, if you have one, starting on November 1, 2024.

-We will be able to send you text message reminders about your appointments and prescription refills, if you choose to opt in!

-VitusVet provides pet owners with an easy-to-use mobile app that lets you conveniently manage your pet's care directly on your phone. More details will follow on November 1, 2024.

-If you get an email from vitusvetsupport, that will be on our behalf.

-If you don't want to get the mobile app, you can still request an appointment and/or prescription refills through our website on the pet portal page or by emailing us directly.

-We hope that there are not any hiccups along the way, however, if you experience any issues, please let us know right away and we will try to address them in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience during this transition.

Our parking lot will be having work done on Thursday, October 3rd and Thursday, October 10th. Areas of the parking lot will be closed on those days. There is a parking lot adjacent to us, behind Speedy Muffler that you can park in or you can park along one of the side streets per Madison City ordinances.

UPDATE: KITTY HAS BEEN REUNITED WITH HIS MAMA! Everyone meet Bongo who has been worrying his mama since yesterday.

‼️ FOUND CAT ‼️

Does anybody recognize this cat? This orange/buff, neutered male cat was found by the Goodman Community Center. He does not have a microchip, his front paws have been declawed. He is a very sweet boy. He was found by a client and brought to the clinic to scanning, etc. He is currently staying with the client who found him, so reach out to us if you believe you know this cat!
