We are excited to announce the use of a new communications service, Vet Hero. We can still offer you Two-way Texting, Text Message Reminders, Email Reminders and Postcard Reminders. All of these features are here to ensure the best and easiest care for your pet.

If you would like to have a Pet Portal account, please use the link below or visit our website to access the Pet Portal through the Client Center. If your pets do not automatically show up or you have trouble accessing your account please contact us directly.

Important Communications Update:

Unfortunately, we were just notified that Vitus Vet will be terminating its operations on February 17th. This will result in the discontinuation of all reminders, postcards, and texting services through Vitus Vet. The Vitus Vet mobile app will also be deactivated.

We are proactively seeking alternative solutions to ensure uninterrupted service, but implementation schedules can be unpredictable.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this transition.

Please download the app now and create an account with the email that we have on file to verify that the information we have for your family is accurate.

It takes 3 easy steps:

3. Register with the email that we have on file

Important update:

We were recently informed that we must find a new communications/reminders service prior to January 1, 2025. We are excited to announce that on November 1, 2024, we will begin working with VitusVet, an alternative provider. What does this mean for you?

-You will not be able to access your Petly account, if you have one, starting on November 1, 2024.

-We will be able to send you text message reminders about your appointments and prescription refills, if you choose to opt in!

-VitusVet provides pet owners with an easy-to-use mobile app that lets you conveniently manage your pet's care directly on your phone. More details will follow on November 1, 2024.

-If you get an email from vitusvetsupport, that will be on our behalf.

-If you don't want to get the mobile app, you can still request an appointment and/or prescription refills through our website on the pet portal page or by emailing us directly.

-We hope that there are not any hiccups along the way, however, if you experience any issues, please let us know right away and we will try to address them in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience during this transition.

Our parking lot will be having work done on Thursday, October 3rd and Thursday, October 10th. Areas of the parking lot will be closed on those days. There is a parking lot adjacent to us, behind Speedy Muffler that you can park in or you can park along one of the side streets per Madison City ordinances.
