Meet "Betty Rubble" our Axanthic girl and "Wilma Flinstone" our Mel Mosaic. They are sisters from Rainy Day Aquatics "Sun King clutch". They don't have the most fabulous gills, but they are very pretty and healthy. These two are some of the Axolotls Emily sent here to continue these lines. We do plan on breeding these girls some time. Right now they are happy in their 40 gallon breeder tank. I will definitely be testing these two out because they have a lot of possibilities. They came from her clutch that made some very interesting colored Lotls. They are related to her "Champagne" lines too.

Hello "Blank Canvas"! 🥰 This girl is the only White Albino I kept from "Gru and Blueberry Pied" clutch. I will need to incorporate her into our breeding program this season!!. She lives in a 50 gallon lowboy with 3 of her sisters, "Monochrome", "Cross Hatch", and "Stipple". Notice the theme, lol. They also have a brother we already bred named "Scribbles". You can take a guess what other profession I had before. Lol. 😉

How do we still have so many of these RLG Mel blends from "Pink and Khaki" These ones hatched back in December, 2023. I believe I may be seeing some gender as well. It's not super obvious yet. But these ones have gotten so big and beautiful. They are already 8 months old now. These Sub -Adults are from our "Rose Gold and Khaki" clutch. They are absolutely beautiful. I am surprised we still have the Hypo Axanthic Leucy male still on the site. He is absolutely gorgeous. He may even be a homozygous Melanoid as well. Breeding him would prove that.

I love you, "Blue Bell". You are absolutely amazing!! I can't be happier with you being a boy too! November you will be a year old and that means big plans for you!!

We have some amazing work ahead of us with our new breeding schedule come the end of October. "Blue Bell" is definitely going to be a part of it. We will mostly be working with making several lines of these very dark pigmented Leucies. We have a few other great things we have planned as well.

First, we need to sell what we have to make more room. We have so many gorgeous babies and holdbacks we made available, some in which were in "Blue Bell's" clutch

I am so surprised no one has snatched this gorgeous Gold Sparkly gilled White Albino from Pied Lines up!! She is only 1 of 2 I have left from that pairing too. Her little gold flakes make her unique compared to her sister we are keeping. She is a bit more sparkly too. I'd keep her if I wasn't in the business to sell Axolotls and make others happy with gorgeous lotls too!! 😉🥰.

This post is to show accidents happen. This accident has forced me to finally name this girl too. Meet "Cobbler" she is an Axanthic Leucy from Pied lines that was produced by my buddy at Hog and Lotl Breeders . She isn't looking in the best shape right now for a reason. But the amazing thing is she is bouncing back fast. This little stinker decided to get sucked up into a siphon. When walking away for just a moment. Her head looked much worse when it at first happened and her body as well, on one side mostly. But we went right to action with her. When Axolotls have an injury my first thought is always, tub them and give them a small amount of Methylene Blue. I put two drops into her tub. The last picture is at the end of the day when she already started to look a bit better after the injury. The other pictures are all from today and you can see the circle on her head is already starting to go away. Accidents happen. And fast action can really make things work out. She will be just fine. Axolotls are amazing creatures that can bounce right back. 💞🥰

Where did Monday go?? I can't believe how fast the days are getting now!! Our kids are back in school and we are back to a normal schedule again!! Walked in the house after dropping them off this morning to "Coco Latte" looking so adorable I had to take some pictures.

Just a couple more months and we will begin breeding again. This time "Coco Latte will get her chance to breed as well. Since she has her own tank all to her self this will be a very easy breeding for her. We will just add her boyfriend in with her just for this time. I am thinking "Dean" may be her boyfriend. She is a Mel Copper with a lot of possible hets and he is a MAC Leucy het for everything. We will be able to find out all her hidden hets and all will be Mel Copper combos. I know for sure she is het White (Leucy) her mom is a Mel Leucy and Dad a Mel. But there is a chance she could be an all-het as well. This will be her one time pair. I don't want to breed her anymore than that. But I do want to make more babies like her, at least once. She is gorgeous. 🥰
