Did you know that this year is Leap year? Leap years occur every 4 years. It takes a little less than 365.25 days for the Earth to orbit the Sun, so having a leap year every 4 years would push the Callender out of sync with the seasons. So to keep the Callender on time years divisible by 100 but not but not 400 are not leap years. For example: 2300 is divisible by 100, but not 400, and 2400 is divisible by 100 and 400.

A little bit more about me. I am in Fine Arts with my church. It is a group activity with the Tennessee Youth Ministries for teens to explore their ability's. I am participating in puppets. Saint Patrick's Day was originally a Christian feast celebrating St. Patrick's life and him bringing Christianity to Ireland. He was kidnapped from Britain at age 16 by Irish pirates and forced to herd sheep for 6 years before he escaped and wandered for 200 miles through Irish wilderness. He found a ship and convinced the captain to let him come back to Britain. He had a dream that he should preach the gospel to Ireland and spent the next 15 years getting ready. When he went to Ireland, he went from village to village using the shamrock with its three leaves to teach about the Trinity. Saint Patrick died March 17th A.D 493.
