We are Second Chance Pals a program of Monroe County Friends of Animals. Our mission:Provide a second chance to at risk adult dogs and cats in Monroe County TN.

To find foster care until a forever home can be found. Provide educational material. MCFA (Monroe County Friends of Animals) is our parent organization and is a non profit 501(c)3 organization. We are tax exempt for your generous donations.
