Just a friendly reminder that this policy is still in place.I will be enforcing this with no exceptions! The last minute cancellation are starting to get out of hand. I am a one person operation I only have so many appointments available everyday. If you can not come to your appointment please give a notice so that appointment can be filled. If you do not show up it takes money out of my paycheck to provide for my family and to keep the grooming shop open!! If the no call no shows or last minute cancellation continue. It is going to affect EVERYONE making an appointment. We will start requiring a NON REFUNDABLE deposit in order to even book your appointment. Thank you have a blessed day!
