Hey y'all. Our good friend Mean Gene from Mean Gene's BBQ is going to fire up the big BBQ Smoker and cook some Bar-B-Que next week! We will be doing 50 BBQ plates to be picked up on Thursday September 30th between 5pm and 7pm here at Chevys. Plates will cost $15.00 each. We will also deliver (within 15 miles of Stagecoach) if you order 5 or more plates.
The BBQ plates will consist of 3 big slices of brisket, 3 St. Louis style pork ribs, homemade dirty rice and red beans with pickles/onions and a slice of bread.

Message us to pre-order and let us know how many you want. Only doing 50 plates so order early.

The only bad part of having this business is when you lose one of your favorite clients to old age. We really get attached to these dogs and love them like they are our own. Rest easy over that Rainbow Bridge Minnie. We will miss you.
