Three Alarm Dog Sports Team We have 3 Labrador Retrievers that love outdoor sports. Kenzi, Rhodey and Kaily.

Super busy here at NADD regionals. Quick recap so far.
Kenzi hit 18’ in open distance, 17.000 sec in hydro dash and 17’3” in Jr handler
Kaily jump out of her division with a 15’3” jump, then in Jr handler she tied her PB at 16’6”.
Rhodey was sitting in third place in the Novice division with a 7’6” jump.

Day one is here for NADD Regionals in Amana, IA. All of the crew will be competing today in Open distance. Rhodey will also be jumping with his Jr Handler Ally in the Jr Handler division today also. The crew got in yesterday and made themselves at home. Stay tuned for updates!!!!

Day 2 went amazing!!
Kenzi started the day with a solid Air Retrieve grab at 15’. Junior handler Ally showed up for distance and had the girls jumping great. Kenzi hit 19’. Kaily got a new personal best of 16’6”.
Rhodey did awesome hitting the 8’ mark in distance. (He loves to stand at the end of the dock and jump).

Day 3
Kenzi had a solid run in hydro dash at 16.445 sec. Then got 18’9” in distance.
Kaily was introduced to the world of hydro dash this weekend. During the first practice you could tell she understood the assignment! She earned herself a 18.804 sec run during the event. During distance she got a 15’6” jump.
Rhodey was also introduced to hydro dash. He is working on figuring out the game, but boy is he a fast swimmer!! He tied his personal best of 8’3” in distance.

Such a fun filled weekend for the crew, learning new games, meeting new people.

Next event will be NADD REGIONALS!!!!! all 3 dogs will be competing!

Last competition of the 2025 season for the crew before regionals. The girls rocked on day 1.

Kenzi hit 18’9” in distance and 16.064 secs in hydro dash. She also earned her Hydro dash Advanced title today.

Kaily hit the 16’3” for another jump in the senior division. She also jumped 14’9” and earned her Dock Junior Excellent title. Dad and one of our good friends were Kaily’s handlers today since her normal handler Ally had school. Kaily always does better with just Ally on the dock and that just proves how strong of a team they are!!!

What will be in store for day 2? Stay tuned!

The 3 Alarm crew did amazing at the Klimb Classic this past weekend! The dogs always have fun doing what they love.

Kenzi got her D CAT title in fastCAT, her CA title in Coursing Ability, and got 3rd place overall in the hydro dash junior division.

Kaily got her CA title in Coursing Ability.

Rhodey got his Dock Novice Advanced title is distance and his AKC Trick Dog Novice title.

We couldn’t be more proud of them!

The next event will be dock diving at Kinners on 97 at the end of August.

Let’s brag on Rhodey a bit!!
He was hard at it today first this guy hit 8’3” on the dock. This splash earned him his Dock Novice Advanced title. Rhodey and his Mom then went over and challenged the AKC Trick Dog test. He was super focused on mom doing all the tricks he was asked, also earning his Trick Dog Novice Title!!!
Kaily hit it hard on the dock and the FastCAT track. This little girl hit 16’ on the dock for distance. Fastest run on the FastCAT track was 23.22 mph! We are working on getting her to start tracking the lure again. (She would rather run to dad! lol)
Kenzi rocked the dock in Air Retrieve getting a new PB at 16’. Then at FastCAT she hit 24.97 mph! This girl also got 2 qualifying run towards her CAT title.

Keep an eye open for videos. We will post them once we get them shortened up a bit.

The 3 Alarm crew is at the Klimb Classic in Maquoketa IA this weekend. It has been a super crazy and fun weekend so far. We are on day 2 and we have some exciting updates for each dog.
