Dear, Safe Haven Family
Unfortunately, my daughter still hasn’t recovered from her sickness. I just wanted to share a video explaining what’s going on with us and why we have been closed for a week.
If my daughter isn’t feeling well next week, I may have to cancel my upcoming appointments. If you need to go elsewhere, I completely understand. I hope I can groom your pet soon. I’m very sorry. I didn’t anticipate this happening. I hope you can forgive me and understand that health and safety of family always comes first.
Another problem we face is the Coronavirus. As this pandemic unfolds we are just as uncertain of what tomorrow may bring. Unfortunately we aren’t an essential business and we don’t know how much longer we may stay open. We are working very hard to ensure that all our customers' needs are met even though you can not physically come inside the building. With a little bit of patience and grace we will get through this.
