Today is National Golden Retriever Day!! We wanted to give a big shoutout to a very special Golden Retriever here at Red Dog. Everyone meet Paisley!! She belongs to Katelyn who is Red Dog Ohio’s Operations Training Specialist. Paisley is often at work with her mom and she is always ready to lend a paw for Red Dog. Since this lovable Golden Retriever is extremely well-behaved and will pose however you ask her to, she is used in a lot of Red Dog’s promotional flyers and photos. Pretty soon Paisley will be on the payroll with a full time job! 🦮

Day 10 COUNTDOWN to the My Furry Valentine Adoption Event. New Month and New Location! We are just 10 days away from the tri-states larget animal adoption event and we are so excited for our new location! We have been overwhelmed at the gracious welcome by the city of Hamilton and our host location - Spooky Nook Sports Nook Sports. Our event is now in January too, on the 25th and 26th so you can find your Valentine before Valentine's Day and have an excuse to stay home!

Welcome to Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa. Our mission is to provide an affordable and comfortable retreat for your pet while we are providing peace of mind for you.
Red Dog is a family owned and operated full-service pet care company. While we are not a big corporation, we are focused on growth and opening new locations, where we can continue to provide the very best in pet care. The “Red Dog” brand began in 2007 with the opening of our flagship location in the Greater Cincinnati area.
The Schneider Family, created the brand with the goal of offering five-star service to all furry family members. This includes overnight accommodations, upgraded private suites with music, TVs, as well as villas offering outdoor patios, and larger “family” accommodations. Our doggie daycare program gives dogs a fun, friendly and safe environment to play every day. Pet guests enjoy separate play areas, with activities directed by our Pet Care Specialists. Dogs are selected to daycare groups based on their size, temperament and play style to ensure the best experience for all our pet guests. We also offer options for dogs who do not enjoy socializing for other pups. Our Day Stay program is an alternative option for pet guests that are not a good match for Daycare, specifically for dogs over six months of age that are not neutered or spayed or for those that do not pass the Daycare Evaluation. Red Dog’s goal is to always provide a safe environment and an excellent experience for all of our pet guests.
In addition to delivering the best in pet care services, we focus on excellence in cleanliness and the health of all pets. Red Dog offers individualized a la carte options to allow our clients to customize their pet’s experience while staying with us at our resort. We know how important it is for our pet guests to have a fun, happy experience as well as stay healthy during their visit. Additionally, each resort is staffed 24 hours a day, unlike other kennels and veterinary clinics that offer overnight accommodations.
Our Red Dog Boston location opened in 2010 to offer pet owners in and around the city every service necessary for their pet – all under one roof. The Red Dog Center features The Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa with top quality overnight accommodations for dogs and cats, daycare, grooming, training, and an aquatics center. Also at the location is Boston Animal Hospital and our Pet Rehabilitation Center, which provides full veterinarian services six days a week.
The Red Dog brand has continued to grow with the 2014 opening of Red Dog Mason in Ohio, the 2018 opening of Red Dog Northshore in Massachusetts, and our newest location Red Dog Springdale, as of June 2020. Coming soon, Red Dog North Station will be a smaller scale Red Dog, with Daycare and Grooming. Red Dog has cared for more than one million pets and growing!
