and so does the breath become heavier” close your mouth! .. breath throughout your nose only” your ankles and feet are sore, your vision is blurry, your heart is pumping, you get thirsty and pass on chasing your mouth to the creek before the dogs do, your knees are giving out on the way down, on the way up you’re on all fours, sweat dripping from your nose and chin, the mind is fighting the urge to take another break.
