Hello everyone!

I know it’s been quiet on here. However, we have a newbie to the Whispering Acres Family.

Meet Drew. Drew came to us when someone from Indiana reached out because Drew’s momma rejected him. Drew has multiple fractures to his rear legs & suffered from joint ill. He’s getting anti inflammatory meds, as well as antibiotics 3 times a day. He will be bottle fed for another month or so.

He is currently living inside getting lots of love & being spoiled! He has splints on his legs to help try & heal them. He has a long road ahead of him before he gets to go play outside with Joey.

Drew needs all of you wonderful people to keep him in your thoughts & help us spread the word about Mr. Drew so that way we can raise funds for his medical bills. He is an AMAZING baby & is getting the great care he needs.

We are looking again as the weather starts to get better for some volunteers to help out at a local Non-Profit.

🐎 Horse people only please! 🐴

⭐️⭐️Just to make this clear this is a VOLUNTEER opportunity possibly could be paid opportunity if the right candidate is found.⭐️⭐️

Whispering Acres Farm Animal Sanctuary is looking for volunteers in the barn to help sift stalls & scoop them clean.

This is a daily job that needs done BUT we do not require the same person come daily, you can if you’d like but that is not a requirement. At least 1 day a week required.

The location is : MEDINA OH

This entails;

🐴 Cleaning of 3 stalls or split up work between volunteers.

🐴 Letting the horse out of the stall or going into the stall with the horse.

🐴 Sifting/Scooping wet areas & p**p.

🐴 Adding new shavings if needed.

🐴 All of the above can be done using a wheel borrow & a shovel.

🩵 You will report to Melody the barn manager for scheduling & training.

There is a total of 3 stalls that we are needing help cleaning.
A few of the horses here are not required by volunteers to clean as they are boarded there so their owners come & clean their stalls.

We also allow this to be used as community service hours for school etc.

We absolutely do not mind the age of people for this however it is some heavy lifting occasionally 💪

We have 12.. count them 12 Super Bowl Squares left. Get yours before they are gone. Once all of the squares sell, the numbers will be auto generated on the grid. I know we are all anxious to see what numbers we have.
