Does anyone recognize this lost old pupper? Found in Newtown Square! Please share!

This friendly guy was found yesterday in the area of Ashley Road. The founder took him to a rescue company who claims he is not chipped. If anybody recognizes him or knows his owner, dial 911 and ask for a Newtown officer.
