Radnor Hunt Club Stables is located in the heart of Chester County and home to one of the oldest Fox Hunting Clubs in America. Radnor Hunt Stables is now managed by Jennifer Racey, and offers boarding, training rides and lessons. Jen specializes in prepping horses and riders to fox hunting as well as eventing. She has hunted with over 18 different hunts up and down the East Coast. She has trained
with some of the greats in the eventing community as well including Karen and David O'Connor, Phillip Dutton, Sally O'Connor, and Missy Ransehousen. Jen and her team are available to help you and your horse improve no matter what discipline you participate in!
Radnor Hunt Stables has a stall available September 1st. Come join a wonderful, multi discipline facility in the heart of horse country! We boast a beautiful indoor arena with dust free footing, miles of trails through Willistown, access to fox hunting, pony club, on site horse shows/clinics as well as lessons/training both on site and at local dressage/jumper shows & horse trials. We're hiring! Unfortunately, some of our incredible staff members have graduated and are leaving us to go to college. We are in search of a part time groom (Sundays required) with the possibility for more hours in the future. This would be perfect for a high school or local college student who has experience working with horses and wants a little extra money. Duties include daily grooming, feeding, mucking, turning in/out, general barn chores, and care for boarded horses. Riding opportunities to someone who is capable. Stay toasty in our indoor with dust free footing and weekly course changes. We are a diverse group with all disciplines ranging from pleasure horses to event horses and everything in between. OPEN HOUSE INFO - Quick Rules overview: We are so excited to offer our second annual Radnor Hunt Indoor Open House on Black Friday and spots are filling up quick. A few reminders: All sessions must be scheduled online and our system will allow a maximum four horses in the ring for each hour. If you arrive late for your ride time, it will still end at the top of the hour. A simple jumping course will be set up. All horse’s hoofs must be picked prior to entering and leaving the indoor. Below are our standard rules:
1. Your riding time begins at the start of the hour.
2. Helmets must be worn at all times.
3. Pick up after your horse. All manure must be removed.
4. NO Dogs
5. NO lunging
6. Do NOT move the jumps, feel free to adjust height.
7. NO Jumping without supervision.
8. Please use the porta potties, not the stable bathroom.
8. If your horse kicks, please use a red ribbon in their tail.
10. Riders 18 and under must have adult supervision.
11. Please pick your horses feet before entering and exiting the arena.
12. Any damage must be brought to management's attention immediately.
13. Communicate with other riders, pass left to left shoulder.

Radnor is pleased to offer for full or half on site lease- 16hh 2012 imported ISH gelding. “Pepper” has spent his summer successfully competing at BN eventing and would love to show someone the ropes. He would prefer to stay at the BN level( under 2’ 6”). He would also be happy to do just stick with dressage (has previously schooled up to second level). Very straightforward on the flat with three lovely gaits. Pepper is a forward ride and would not be suitable for a beginner/timid rider. On the ground, Pepper has a puppy dog personality and is an absolute love bug.
