One of our favorite winter crops...kale! Super cold hardy, grows even in the low light and low temperatures, and will produce all the way through the winter.

We grow in our haven high tunnels and protect them with kwik hoops!

Our constant workhorse on the farm...microgreens.
Grown 52 weeks a year. It's one of our go-to crops on the farm.

Mid June recap on the farm. Summer veggies like zucchini, cucumbers, and tomatoes are starting to produce a crop. The last of the spring veggies are being harvested like lettuce, salad turnips, carrots, beets, and peas. We harvested all the garlic for 2024, and it is curing in our greenhouse.

We've begun prepping beds for the first fall crops like winter squash!
