Update: All Adopted!!

🐾 Welcome Ruby, Peanut, and Gus! 🐾

We’re so happy to welcome Ruby, Peanut, and Gus, three 4-month-old Standard Poodles, to Garden State Animal Rescue Center. These sweet pups have had a rough start to life, as their prior owner was unable to properly care for them. ❤️

Now in loving foster homes, Ruby and Peanut are starting to build their confidence and receiving the care they need. Gus, however, has faced additional challenges and was rushed in for emergency medical care upon arrival. While he’s making progress, Gus is still not out of the woods yet and remains under close observation.

Say hello to Rocky, a 9-week-old French Bulldog/Boerboel mix who just joined us at the Garden State Animal Rescue Center as an owner surrender. This sweet and playful pup loves hanging out and is sure to steal your heart! ❤️

Rocky is headed into foster care for a few weeks while he grows a little more and gets neutered. Once ready, he’ll be looking for his forever home! Applications for adoption will open soon, so stay tuned.

💔 Gus Needs Your Help 💔

Today, we want to share the heartbreaking story of Gus, a sweet 3-month-old poodle puppy who was recently surrendered to Garden State Animal Rescue Center. From the moment he arrived, Gus has been struggling. He hasn’t been able to keep down any food and has been vomiting unknown items no dog should have in their stomach.

After rushing him to the vet, x-rays revealed an unknown object lodged in his colon. Right now, we’re anxiously waiting 24 hours to see if surgery can be avoided, but the possibility of emergency surgery looms.

Gus is just a baby, and he deserves a chance to live a happy, healthy life. But we can’t do this without your help. His medical bills are mounting, and your support is critical in making sure he gets the care he needs.

🚨 URGENT: Fosters Needed for 3-Month-Old Poodle Puppies 🐾

We have three 3-month-old poodle puppies being surrendered to us today at GSARC, and they desperately need our help. These pups are in less than ideal condition and require medical attention, along with a safe and loving place to recover.

We are urgently looking for fosters who can open their hearts and homes to these babies while we coordinate their medical care. Fostering is a critical part of their healing journey, and we’ll provide all the supplies and support you need.
