Hi there everyone!

If you have a veterinary appointment with Dr. Miller for anything other than vaccinations, and you are wanting it done before the appointment. Try to make the veterinary appointment 15 minutes before your grooming appointment.

Dr. Miller gets very busy with all the scheduled appointments, any emergencies, and talking with owners with his great customer service. So sometimes he may not get to your appointment right as scheduled. This does put me behind on my own schedule. This can result in me not having enough time to groom your pup as I offer a luxury service by doing do one-on-one and keeping my appointments close together.

Good Morning!

The holiday season is extremely busy! Being a month out for bookings and having to turn away multiple clients due to availability, I will be charging a 100% “No show fee” on all no shows and late cancellations (48hrs) during the week before and week of Christmas. There's only so many hours in a day and so many pups I can get in. It's not fair to myself or my clients to not be able to fit into my schedule for holiday grooms, only to have an open slot due to a no show. Thank you all for understanding!

That being said! December is almost full. I only have a couple appointments available before Christmas! Make sure you grab that spot to get your dog all cleaned up for Christmas 🎄🎅🏻
