A little heel work training

This wasn’t a client , just a dog at my job that needed some guidance and I was glad to help ❤️ Ollie is a really bad puller and I couldn’t walk him comfortably so I turned it into a quick training session 😊We both enjoyed it

first off leash walk since august and she still remembers (this is with out being worked at all in 5 months).

short off leash obedience training video from working with my own little chihuahua 🐶

Letting your dog be a dog with out micromanaging but still having boundaries is very important & builds trust !

You can see that I’m walking away. She’s either sniffing & I have to call her 1 or 2 times or she just knows to come the way I’m walking. Towards the end of the video you can see me leashing her - this is because I will not repeat myself. The words will lose value & just becomes background noise. She knows what I’m saying and she’s making the decision not to listen . No need to get angry, calmly retrieve your dog & leash them up.❤️

Hello all dog lovers ! 🐶❤️
I am Lily & I’ve been working professionally with dogs for the last 3 years. I have been learning and growing in dog care/boarding over the years. I recently have acquired skills and tools that I would love to share with you all !
Currently looking to obtain certification in training. I am accepting new clients of all ages , sizes & temperament. I do not believe in a bad dog , everyone deserves a chance. I do not train under a company. This is a independent business.
Growing up I was raised with reactive Pit Bulls & recently have adopted a reactive Chihuahua. I have worked with almost all breeds and am confident in my abilities.
I have been employed at The Dog Club Daycare & Boarding. We take on every breed and work with all types of temperaments. We have been working on widening our skill sets. Understand body language & learning better ways to understand the dogs in a daycare environment. Pay attention to the dogs that are not able to be in that environment , understand why and then work with that dog.
