Ernie found his favorite spot in the hospital, the cabinet! He is such a sweet senior boy! 🐾♥️

It’s Adopt a ✨Senior✨ Pet Month! In June, Miss Dale’s Mom unexpectedly passed away. When they were found, Dale was weak, thin, and very hungry. It was suspected that she had gone a few days without any food or water, which can be detrimental to a senior cat’s health. Luckily, this confident girl was rescued by people she was familiar with, our Lead Technician Tiffany and her husband. They comforted Dale and got her the health care she required immediately. Of course, Tiffany and her husband decided to open their (already full!) home to Dale, showering her with food and love. Months later, she is as confident as ever and has gained her healthy weight back. Dale’s favorite treat in the world is whipped cream, and her voice CARRIES when she sees that can come out of the fridge! Senior pets bring so much joy to our lives. Dale was very lucky she did not have to go to a shelter like so many others. Please, consider adopting a senior pet into your heart and home! 🐾
