Please be advised that our Morrison clinic will be closed for maintenance on Thursday the 17th and Friday the 18th to ensure we continue providing the best care for your furry friends. 🐾

Clients with previously scheduled farm visits will still be seen as usual.

🩺 April is National Heartworm Awareness Month

Heartworm disease is a life-threatening condition that affects pets in all 50 states but is especially prevalent here in Tennessee. Transmitted by mosquitoes, just one bite can infect your dog or cat with microscopic larvae that grow into foot-long worms living in the heart, lungs, and blood vessels.

Left untreated, heartworm disease can lead to severe lung disease, heart failure, and even death.

Key facts to know:

Heartworm disease is often silent in its early stages.

🐾🐶 Betty & Winnie’s First Vet Visit – A Joy to Meet! 🐶🐾

What a pleasure it was to meet Betty and Winnie yesterday for their very first vet visit! 🩺💖 These adorable English Bulldog puppies were absolute troopers during their check-ups. Despite a few nervous wiggles, they were so brave and curious about everything around them! 🌟

We’re excited to watch them grow and thrive. Looking forward to many more happy and healthy visits with these cuties! 🐾

🐾 Reunited After a Whole Year — Thanks to a Microchip! 🐾

We had the absolute joy of witnessing a heartwarming reunion this week that reminded us why microchipping matters so much. 💙

One of our former patients, Jack, had been missing for over a year. His family had moved and Jack kept returning to their old home, possibly even crossing a small portion of Tim's Ford lake to get there! A kind-hearted Good Samaritan found him and brought him to our clinic to treat for a cat bite abscess. We scanned for a microchip — and sure enough, Jack’s chip led us right to his family!

This incredible reunion wouldn’t have been possible without a simple microchip and up-to-date contact information. It’s a small step that can make a life-changing difference.

💡 If your pet isn’t microchipped yet, now’s the time. And if they are, take a moment to double-check your contact info is current — it could mean everything in a moment like this.

We’re so happy to see Jack back where he belongs. Welcome home! 🏡❤️

Dr. Gordon and our Employee Manager Sabrina are taking in the bright lights of Vegas while attending the Western Veterinary Conference! They will be filling their heads with all the newest knowledge from the field of veterinary medicine. All Creatures is committed to staying on the forefront of modern medicine to provide the highest standard of care for your animal and continuing education is one of the ways we accomplish that.
